Terms and conditions

OUR SERVICES

1. We offer consultations to patients with long-term conditions and may prescribe conventional or Cannabis based medicines and treatments.

2. Consultations are provided by clinicians who are part of a specialist register with the GMC and additional services are provided by our Specialist Registered Nurse.

3. Our clinicians will make an expert assessment, with reference to our Multi-Disciplinary Team Committee where appropriate, to determine whether further conventional or a Cannabis Based Medicine treatment may be appropriate for you.

4. Our clinicians will consider your particular needs, your medical history and national guidelines in determining their expert opinion.

5. You understand and accept that there is no guarantee that any of our clinicians will issue you with a prescription for medicine (conventional or Cannabis based). Issuing of prescriptions is at the sole discretion of our clinicians and Multi-Disciplinary Team Committee. Abusive behaviour towards any member of the clinic team will not be tolerated.

6. Appointments are subject to availability and are only made available to you at our sole discretion. We do not make any guarantee as to the availability of any single clinician at any time.

7. Consultations may take place at our clinic rooms on Harley Street, London, or using Video Meetings Software where this is your preference and is considered appropriate in your circumstances. Guidance on taking part in video consultations will be provided to you prior to your consultation.

INFORMATION WE NEED FROM YOU

1. We will require you to provide full and accurate information about your medical history and current symptoms before we can arrange for you to have a consultation with our clinicians.

2. You will be required to complete a questionnaire and you will be asked for consent for Integro to communicate with your GP or other health care provider. You will also be asked to sign a ‘consent form’ indicating your consent to be treated by Integro’ s clinicians.

3. Integro, with your permission, will communicate with your GP or other health care provider to learn about your medical history and to inform them about prescribing decisions taken by Integro’s clinicians. We believe this team approach to your care is important and we may be unable to provide our services to you should you withhold or withdraw your consent for our Clinician to communicate with your GP or health care provider.

4. You will be required to supply Integro with proof of identification. You will be asked to provide Photo ID and proof of address. These may be cross matched with the details supplied by your GP or health care provider.

5. If you do not provide us with the information, we need we will not be able to be provide our services to you. We will not be responsible for providing the services late or not providing any part of them if this is caused by you not giving us the information, we need within a reasonable time of us asking for it.

6. We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy which is available on our website at https://www.integroclinics.com/privacy-policy. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we process your personal data in compliance with the data protection legislation.

HAVING YOUR MEDICINE DISPENSED

1. It is your choice as to whether you have any prescription fulfilled, from which Pharmacy and at what cost.

2. You will receive your medicine from your chosen pharmacy via a prescribed medicine prescription.

3. You understand and accept that private prescriptions are fulfilled at a charge determined by the fulfilling pharmacy. This is not under Integro’s control or the prescribing clinician’s control. Patient Guide 2023

4. Integro will ask you if you would like our preferred pharmacy IPS Pharma to fulfil your prescription and will arrange for that to happen at your request. Details of IPS Pharma can be found here. https://ips-pharma.com IPS Pharma has access to conventional and multiple manufacturers’ Cannabis based medicines. They will aim, but cannot guarantee, to get your medicine to you within 48 hours of receiving the prescription and your payment.

CLINIC FEES

1. Integro will confirm the cost of your consultation, and will require payment, at the time of booking.

2. Charges for any prescribed medicine will be made by your chosen pharmacy and are payable by you before the medicine will be dispensed. If you choose to use our preferred partner pharmacy, IPS Pharma, Integro will arrange for your prescription to be sent to them. IPS Pharma will take your payment for the medicine and send your medicine to you.

3. Consultation Appointments are exempt from VAT, but any services provided to you by Integro, for which VAT is applicable, will be charged to you with the applicable rate of VAT included.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

4. We may change our services, without prior notice to you, to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and/or for operational reasons. This may include, but it not limited to, changes because a particular clinician or appointment time is not available.

5. Integro may make changes to these terms without prior notice to you. These terms and conditions, and any updates to them, will always be displayed on our website.

6. You may cancel your appointment at any time prior to attending the consultation with the clinician. You should notify us in advance by email or telephone.

7. Refunds will be given provided the appointment is cancelled not less than 72 hours before the date of the appointment. We reserve the right to withhold some or all of the appointment fee to cover our administrative costs.

8. We may cancel your appointment, at our sole discretion and without any liability, if: 8.1. you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with any information that we have requested for us to provide the services.

8.2. you do not make any payment to us when it is due.

8.3. you breach any regulatory or legislative conditions linked to the supply of our services.

8.4. you seriously or repeatedly breach any of these terms and conditions.

9. We reserve the right to withhold some or all of the appointment fee to cover our administrative costs in relation to 8 above.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

1. This contract is between you and Integro. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

2. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation and will tell you if this happens.

3. We shall be entitled, without any liability, to delay, alter or cancel our services if we are prevented, hindered or delayed in the provision of our services through circumstances outside our control.

4. If a court finds part of these terms are void or unenforceable, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
